SPRING SUMMER BONUS MAGAZINE 2026
Buying a high-horsepower tractor is one of the biggest equipment investments a farmer can make. Yet most purchasing decisions are still based on demonstrations, specifications, and short test drives that offer only a glimpse of how a machine will perform under real working conditions. Case IH is taking a different approach. Through its Magnum 40-hour campaign, selected farmers have the opportunity to put a Magnum 355 to work on their own farms for 40 hours, using their own implements, in their own fields, and under their own operating conditions. The concept is simple: remove the sales pitch and let the machine speak for itself. Real conditions deliver real answers Every farming operation is different. Soil types vary, implements differ, and operating practices are unique to each business. What works well in one region may not necessarily suit another. That is why the Magnum 40-hour campaign focuses on practical experience rather than controlled demonstrations. Farmers are given the opportunity to evaluate the tractor where it matters most — in their own working environment. Whether the task involves primary tillage, planting, ripping, or heavy draft work, the objective remains the same: to allow producers to experience the tractor’s performance first-hand and determine how it fits into their operation. Built for demanding applications At the heart of the campaign is the Case IH Magnum 355, a tractor designed for high- output farming operations. Delivering 355 hp and equipped with a 21-speed PowerDrive transmission, the machine is built to handle demanding field applications while maintaining efficient power delivery. The PowerDrive transmission plays an important role in ensuring that engine power is transferred efficiently to the ground. Case IH engineers have focused not only on increasing horsepower, but also on optimising the entire drivetrain to improve field performance and fuel efficiency. For producers operating large implements, hydraulic capacity is equally important. The Magnum 355 offers hydraulic flow of up to 328 litres per minute, enabling it to operate modern hydraulic-intensive equipment with confidence. Technology that supports productivity Modern tractors are expected to do more than pull implements. They are increasingly becoming data and management platforms that support decision-making across the farm. The Magnum 355 features dual Pro 1200 displays, providing operators with access to machine functions and implement information through an integrated interface. The tractor is also compatible with the Case IH FieldOps platform, allowing producers to monitor machine and operational data while gaining greater visibility into performance and efficiency.
